Afzal Spinning Mills Pvt Ltd was established in 2004 and started its commercial production in July 2006. Our Spinning is located in the heart of Punjab with modern machinery to produce high end ring spin yarn. Three Flowers the brand of yarn has developed superior image in the local textile market. Afzal Spinning uses US cotton to produce count ranging from l0/s- 80/s. It consists of north of 30,000 spindles with the ability to produce count with blends of Cotton, Polyester, & Viscous etc. We are also manufacturing fabrics using modern Autocoro and MVS yarns.
Afzal Group of Companies has two weaving units with an in-house sizing. We have the capacity to make over 1 million meters monthly. Our weaving units ensure quality inspection as per the AAMA 4-point system to ensure quality management. We are manufacturing fabrics up to 600 TC
We have 200 Sulzer P7100 looms inhouse and are also manufacturing Airjet looms fabric. We specialize in Flannel, Full Panama, Half Panama, Satin Stripe and other plain qualities as listed below:
We use state of the art machinery to process our fabrics whether its bleaching dyeing or printing. We use care and continuous bleaching plants as per our customer's requirements. For bowing control orders Mahlo is also used. We offer mercerization to give fabric a lustrous appeal and sanforization process is also offered for shrinkage control.
